you are entitlted to believe everything "newspaper" tells you.

starbucks coffee beans are over roasted, which bring out a stronger aroma, but stronger doesn't equal better.  i've been drinking starbucks since 1989-90 in vancouver, so i'm quire sure i've had more than enough experience with many types of beans they offer.  if purely comparing coffee beans and black coffees(eg. espresso/americano), then illy's is definitely the best of the 4 "fast food coffee chains" and Cova being a close 2nd because it's a restaurant/patissier.  however, my favourite is still Tan Heong San in Macau.  AFAIK i have yet to have better coffee in Hong Kong, obviously more partial to 港式 coffee styles, even if it's brewed with an espresso machine.  Caucasians have obviously missed out on the power of condensed milk.


ps.  i suggest not using such confrontational smilies, it only weakens your argument and make you seem immature.

wELL, PARTLY RIGHT IS I ONLY BELIEVE FACT LIKE NUMBER OF OUTLETS AND SETTING.  For coffee aroma, I taste by my own and you are NOT qualified to criticize or challenge me

約一年前, KFC 也引入即磨咖啡, 其實你可以想像一下, 舊時你可曾聽過KFC有意式泡沬咖啡賣

是啊！ 在份量上的而且確是最抵的一個Size, 所以每次到McCafe, 必然要大杯的
　

對上一次到McCafe的熱飲是當日的Special, 售$23的棒子咖啡
　
跟著, 都是飲凍的, 而最近, 則試了兩款沙冰(Frape):
　
冰雪焦糖咖啡　好味道　那是我第一次飲用, 飲到最後剩低很多沙及Cream, 幸好飲筒夠粗, 最後都飲晒
　
冰雪朱古力泡沬咖啡　朱古力份量都恰到好處(但我擔心這會不會與調配者的個人功力有關)　經過第一次的經驗, 一邊飲一邊攪拌
　
其實回想起來, 第一次的沙Cream都頍有風味
