最要好 atmosphere 的話，又有個提議，近星光大道新開了一間 Starbucks, 除了個 View 幾好之外，最重要是隔鄰乃一間酒吧，日光日白底下，許多洋人在半露天的沙發上懶洋洋地躺著，半睡半醒似的呷著啤酒　
　

澳門近澳電/海富花園左右有間檀香山(有好多其他同名店, 我只去呢間).

去過你就知"港式"既TOP咖啡係乜.  我飲開brazilian santos.  仲要加多杯"機茶" (用espresso機出既紅茶), 超正.

點解我成日針對現時既港食? 因為用心度連澳門都不如....

同樣, 新馬路噴水池Watson's樓下間Singing Bean...  入去試下佢地D蛋糕 (尤其係個CARAMEL CRUNCH).  食過就明...

No taste，這點很少會遇到，可能我要求低，雀巢最基本的那隻即溶咖啡，我都覺得taste good
　　　　　No taste，都試過，Robert Timms 有隻Freeze dry 的即溶咖啡(銀色蓋)，就真係冇味。
　
coffee aroma，這點乃其中一個即磨咖啡的賣點，沖泡過程香味傳千里，越是淺烘焙的咖啡，比如藍山咁(light medium ¬ medium roast)香味越顯著。不過問題就係，淺烘焙的咖啡在口味上傾向偏酸。如此便頻及飲用習慣了，認識一些嘗啡人仕無苦不歡
　
after-taste，這點與牛奶咖啡緣份不大，飲齋啡會比較多這方面的經驗。
　
講味覺享受，咖啡的味道許多時都直接受糖奶的影響，比如傳統花奶味道都比較濃烈，很容易會蓋過咖啡的香味。試過到MOS Burger 要了杯朱古力咖啡，味道，跟熱朱古力飲料一樣，根本唔覺得自己正在飲用咖啡

Try McCafe. Much better than PC and SB.

Well. I agree with u. But for the balance of comforatble sitting environment and taste of coffee. I think Starbucks is the best among the three franchise shops.

每一間 Super Sandwiches 都標榜選用illy咖啡，他們會放許多罐illy(銀色圓罐紅色字)在當眼處。套餐(三文治或意粉)可選咖啡為餐飲，加$5則轉為cappuccino，最近都試過要了一份三文治餐配Cappuccino，杯啡確實係幾好味，但份量就似乎少了一點 ..... 有1/3容量都是那些泡沬

試過到 Delifrance 要了杯 Frappuccino 沙冰咖啡，在夏天飲用的感覺真的不賴，但始終沒有麥記咖啡奶昔好味

For ambience, SB is best. For quality, McCafe is really not bad and also good value.

I must respectfully disagree here. Illy is really good but not many outlets.

COVA is just expensive.

Illy is good but the coffee is roasted in Italy and shipped to here.  Taste may be affected.

In fact, freshly grinded coffee is much better.  Cova is one of the oldest restaurant with good cafe in Milano (just learn from the program "The Great Italian Cafe").  Although it is expensive, it is worth....

usually, i'll just associate what you said with:
different people different tastes

i also quite like cova, but they're not the same thing as illy, at least not in HK.  Cova has restaurants and restaurant style food.  Illy AFAIK serves Starbucks/PC style fast food coffee.  so, unless you are referring to their beans which you bring home to brew your own cup of coffee, please stop comparing the two as the same thing.

if you are talking about their beans, then i have no idea what you are getting at.  If Illy's coffee is roasted in Italy and shipped here, then wouldn't Cova do the same?  If it's roasted in Hong Kong, then i question their standards and quality of roasting in Hong Kong.


btw, on a side note, stay away from Cafe Zambra's coffee (Stewart rd. and Jaffe rd. in Wanchai, next to Tom Lee).  Quite bad and even more over-roasted than Starbucks.

我又唔覺得PPC如你們講得那麼差, 較為喜歡SB也許是基於口味吧, 我會覺得你們會喜歡咖啡內的其中一種潻加味道: Caramel , 也許你們可以試試在自己沖調咖啡時加入一茶匙Caramel味drinking chocolate,

若然要品嚐咖啡的Native純淨原味, 我介紹一個地方, 近中環舊街市的三聯書局最頂層, 上面有一間 Book Cafe, 不過, 那裡似乎沒有什麼人幫襯, 我甚至不能肯定此Cafe是否仍然存在

有否留意最近麥記的所有咖啡都係即磨, 並且用上McCafe的杯, 一般跟餐轉飲8oz咖啡加$1.5。
曾到兩間麥記試味, 都覺得奶的份量奇少, 因為有心裡準備的關係, 第二次叫佢比多兩粒奶
問問跟餐可不可以加多些錢轉飲杯貴一點的咖啡, 卻回應指跟餐的咖啡袛可以是那一種, 若要Cappuccino, 唔好意思, 袛供獨立出售, 不跟餐。
那咖啡著實並非我所喜愛的口味
　
其後, 經過麥記的時候, 要了杯Cappuccino, 又覺得唔錯喎, 份量仲要係12oz潻
　
講開SB, 聯合航空是任飲的, 但是, 我真的不欣賞那種口味, 始終, SB都係加入各種味道的特色咖啡好味

In order not to cool down the temperature of the coffee, we should not add the packed milk as supplied by McDonald.  Good resturants/cafe will provide you hot/warm milk.

Only on fast food side. McCafe do not give out packed milk!

No la, that is only an impression.  It will not take more than the time you wait at the coffee shop.  Unless the coffee shop is using the industrial level coffee machine, otherwise, home made coffee usually can beat most of the coffee shops.

Pacific Coffee 專請南亞袞或菲律賓人, 他/她們對鬼佬熱情很多, 最令人反感!!  

而 Starbucks 同 McCafe 多用年青 servers , 有活力及有礼貌!!

講 coffee , Starbucks and McCafe 最有味及 price worthy!!

Mc Cafe always provides HOT milk in a little jar if you consume there!!  And they even give you hot water just in case u find it too strong and want to dilute it!

Long Black is the best coffee they serve and it only costs @$13!!!  I began to addict to that in 5 years ago when they still had their outlet in Pacific Place
