2.生老抽比例適中
3.河粉唔稔口要分明(帶少少脆更佳)
4.牛肉要鮮有肉汁
5.唔油膩,干身

這是最普通但很蝦人炒的一樣小炒!
可參考電影「金玉滿堂」內的一幕作藍本

有人話請廚師,面試時叫他炒碟干炒牛河便知他的功力!!

i like Tsui Wah's 瑞士汁炒牛河

it's not bad, sauce quite tasty.

Maybe but it's not always about money. I still look for "value for money". I can spend $800pp for dinner, but I must feel money well spent and quality is delivered.

there is a small 大排檔restaurant near my home and i think their 干炒牛河 好正! $32only!

Thought the 3rd point u wanna noodle in crispy, perhaps can't reach ur standard, but beef's exactly juicy with no doubt, and the reputation's what Kathy gives rating more than 90 or more.  That's why TPK's what I highly recommand, must try!!

新景園係賣咖喱架..你講雞尾包應該係賣鹵味對面個間金鳳茶餐廳
從新景向電車路個方向行...幾十秒就會見到新景園(應該剛過左垃圾房)
如果比較價錢同質素...我覺得新景園會比jordon既太平館好...
